We develop responsible tourism activities for the observation and enjoyment of nature. We are respectful of the values of protected natural spaces; we make these values compatible with our tourist activity. We offer you an option to approach and get to know the natural areas of Lanzarote in a responsible way, respecting their balance, minimizing environmental impacts and enjoying them through the experiences we offer.
This year 2021 we continue with our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint. We have joined Tourism Declares, an initiative that supports organizations, companies and professionals in the tourism sector to declare a climate emergency and take measures to reduce their carbon emissions. To do this, we will develop a "Plan de acción climática" within the next 12 months, which establishes our intentions to reduce emissions.

Continuing with our commitment to sustainability, we adhere to the #TURISMORESET manefesto. A group that has come together under the common goal of thinking and working for a new model of tourism development. We work for the regeneration of the tourism sector through a socially equitable, environmentally respectful and economically sustainable model.
From the moment of opening, we have opted for recycling as a way to reduce pollution and generation of waste. However, since 2018, we have eliminated the use of plastic bottles and cups.
Through Waterlogic, we have filtered, purified and protected water, thus avoiding the production of plastic waste and reducing our carbon footprint.
In addition, and to avoid using disposable cups or bottles for consumption, we have purchased Tritan© bottles made of recyclable resin and free of BPA, BPS and any other type of bisphenol, as well as bamboo cups, which provide us with a biodegradable product, resistant and without danger for its breakage.
In March 2018, we started a social project with other companies in the municipality, such as Pura Vida Diving Lanzarote and Cook in Lanzarote, to which other companies have joined at different times, consisting of organizing social volunteering to clean the beaches and seabed of the coastline of Playa Blanca, in the municipality of Yaiza. Activity with volunteers divers, by land and sea kayak.
El proyecto ha contado con la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Yaiza and Revivir Lanzarote, and it has been a meeting point for people, social agents, public bodies and companies committed to the environment.
As members of “Revivir Lanzarote” and fully complying with the requested sustainability requirements, we had the opportunity to join the Ecotourism Club of Spain. This non-profit association created in 2010 to promote sustainable tourism in protected areas and is composed mainly of associations of tourism entrepreneurs located in natural spaces, natural spaces management entities, public administrations involved in the tourism management of these, entities innovation (universities, foundations), tourism and technological innovation companies, and tourism companies committed to conservation and local development.
The Office of the Lanzarote Biosphere Reserve created, within the framework of the product system of the Reservas de las Biosferas Españolas, the "Revivir Lanzarote". brand. It’s a set of experiences configured by touristic companies to differentiate themselves as a tourist offer that offers to know, visit, enjoy and interpret the natural and cultural heritage of the Lanzarote Biosphere Reserve, contributing to its sustainable development.
We join with other companies of the Lanzarote Biosphere Reserve to configure tourist experiences connected with all the elements that make up a unique natural and ethnographic landscape, in perfect balance and in tune with the environment.
We applied to join SICTED dduring the first year of activity. The objective of this membership was to offer and improve the quality of service to the client. Annually, we carry out an external audit by the managing body to verify that we comply with the standards set by the commitment to the client.
In addition, this quality system includes the so-called "good practices" in terms of sustainability, which are audited annually.
In 2014, during the design of our activities, and on a regular basis, we do different training courses aimed at creating experiences committed to the environment and sustainability. To this end, and through the training offered by Fundación Biodiversidad, , attached to the Ministry of Ecological Transition, we had the opportunity to shape our business concerns by adapting to sustainable activities committed to the environment.
